កំណត់ឲ្យ​បាន​ច្បាស់ពី​តួនាទី និងមុខងារ​របស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ (រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និង​អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ) ដើម្បី​អនុវត្ត​ផែនការ​សកម្មភាព​របស់​ក្រសួង​ប្រកប​ដោយ​ប្រសិទ្ធភាព។​

The Phnom Penh Sustainable City Plan was launched by the Ministry of Environment that aims to turn the Phnom Penh Capital into a clean and environmentally friendly city. There are 48 projects in the plan, which will serve as the guideline for the future development of Phnom Penh. (Khmer Times, July 1, 2019)
