Ponlok Chomnes Policy Engagement Partner, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC), in collaboration with the Department of Taxation, organised a national workshop on “Obligations and procedures for updating taxes in accordance with the Tax Law for Associations and Non-governmental organizations”, bringing together over 240 participants 

from both local and international non-profit organisations and associations across Cambodia. 

 This discussion aims to enhance understanding of tax compliance procedures and update mechanisms, to foster dialogue between NGOs, Associations and the General Department of Taxation, and to empower NGOs, Associations to voice their challenges in implementing tax obligations.
