Sharing sessions

The Centre for Policy Study (CPS), one of Ponlok Chomnes’ Strategic Partners, conducted a study visit to the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS) in Indonesia on 20–21 November 2025.

The visit enabled CPS to learn from CIPS’s experience in research management, knowledge production, and policy influence in agricultural and rural development, while also exploring pathways for future collaboration between the two institutions.

Key takeaways from the visit included:

• More structured and coordinated project management
• Approaches for building sustainable funding models
• Strengthened and streamlined research processes
• Improved communication strategies for policy influence, and
• Enhanced project Monitoring and Evaluation systems, including participatory approaches
