Ponlok Chomnes “Give to Gain” Campaign #2: Empowered to Research, Inspired to Lead

We are pleased to have Ms. Heng Sokmean join Ponlok Chomnes in celebrating International Women’s Day 2026 under the “Give to Gain” campaign.

Ms. Heng Sokmean, assistant research, shared that she is grateful for the capacity development, mentorship, and training that strengthened her research skills and confidence. She felt empowered seeing the research influence real policy discussions and deepened her commitment to GEDSI and inclusive policymaking. She hopes more women can learn, lead, and create meaningful change.
