We are excited to release a short video highlighting the launch of the Ponlok Chomnes program on 15 November 2023.
The event was presided over by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Mr. Justin Whyatt, Ambassador of the Australian Embassy, Cambodia. The program launch welcomed about 100 participants from governmental and non-governmental institutions, local organisations, the private sector, SheThinks Network members, and academia.
With the support of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), The Asia Foundation is implementing the Ponlok Chomnes: Data and Dialogue for Development in Cambodia program (2023-2027) that aims to support public policymaking through evidence-informed decision-making and inclusive dialogue. This is the second phase of the program, which has helped build the capacity of Cambodian research institutions to conduct quality research and contribute to policy recommendations.
