Ponlok Chomnes was pleased to host a lunch with visiting Australian Parliamentarians, Senator Maria Kovacic, Ms Fiona Phillips MP, and Mr Steve Georganas MP, together with Ms Bridget Collier, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Australia.

We had rich discussions on Cambodia’s knowledge sector, the experiences of our young fellows engaging in research, women’s research leadership, and the role of research in policy innovation and uptake. ‍ Our fellows from Future Forum and the Center for Khmer Studies shared their journeys, showing how Australia’s support through Ponlok Chomnes is nurturing the next generation of Cambodian policy thinkers.
