Sharing sessions

On 6 March 2026, Ponlok Chomnes convened a sharing session on women’s networking experience in celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, bringing together over 30 participants from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT), the National Institute of Statistics (NIS), and the Ponlok Chomnes partners.

The three panelists discussed the topic “Experience of the MPWT Women’s Network” sharing the experience of the Ministry in establishing a women’s network and reflecting on how similar approaches could be adapted within the National Institute of Statistics. This session also created space for dialogue on enabling factors, challenges, and the sustainability of women’s networks, contributing to stronger women’s leadership, peer support, and a more inclusive culture across public sector institutions.
