On 2–3 September 2026, Ponlok Chomnes Program, in collaboration with Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion Consortium (GEDSI) and the National School of Local Administration (NASLA), organised a training workshop on Inclusive Dialogue at the sub-national level, bringing together 30 local authorities.
Local authorities gained practical insights into designing local dialogues that directly respond to community needs through inclusive practices. The sessions fostered mindset shifts regarding gender roles to drive meaningful participation, while enabling participants to reflect on their ongoing practices and integrate these core principles into their daily public service responsibilities.
