Export Promotion
a. Elimination of the requirement of Certificate of Origin: Exporters now are not required to obtain CO if the companies do not need CO or the importing country does not require CO.
b. Exemption of Administrative Fee: Exporter that does not need CO is not required to pay administrative fee to export goods from Cambodia.
c. Exemption of Export Management Fee: Export management fee is exempted for export to Europe with merchandise value of less than 6,000 Euros and export to elsewhere with value of less than 800 US dollars.
d. Elimination of the requirement for exporters using the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) from filing a yearly application to use the GSP. They are required to file the application only once.
