Prakas on Employing Foreign Workers in Special Condition

The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training has issued a Prakas on Employing Foreign Workers in Special Condition. The Prakas allows the owners or directors of enterprises under the scope of Article One of the Law on Labour to request foreign workers in special cases. The Prakas also states that the owner could recruit foreign workers more than 10% of the total number of Cambodian workers if the enterprises could not find enough Cambodian workers.
