Study Report on “The ICT Challenges of Including the Voices of Marginalized Citizens in Democratic Decision-making Processes in Cambodia Arising from COVID-19 Conditions in the Country.”

The Asia Foundation’s Ponlok Chomnes program and Vicheasthan Bomreu Neak Samrabsamroul Karngea Akphiwat Institute (VBNK) are pleased to release a study report on “The ICT Challenges of Including the Voices of Marginalized Citizens in Democratic Decision-making Processes in Cambodia Arising from COVID-19 Conditions in the Country.” The study explores the ICT challenges that Subnational Administrations (SNAs) and civil society stakeholders faced during COVID-19 restrictions and identifies a range of responses and solutions that have been utilized to overcome those challenges.
