Guidelines for Inclusive Dialogue

Ponlok Chomnes Program would like to share the “Guidelines for Inclusive Dialogue” co-developed with the Program’s partners, including the Strategic Partners (CDRI, CICP, CKS, CPS, and FF), the Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Consortium (CDPO, GADC, and WPM), and the Ponlok Chomnes team.

The Strategic Partners and GEDSI Consortium shared their practical experience and knowledge that draws from their involvement in various dialogue formats, such as dissemination workshops, academic seminars, community consultations, strategic direction discussions, roundtables, and conferences.

The guidelines aim to assist stakeholders in creating and facilitating conversations that are not only inclusive but also productive, ensuring that the diverse needs and insights of all relevant parties are integrated into the decision-making process. The goal is to promote collaborative decision-making and the incorporation of diverse perspectives into policy processes, thereby enhancing the overall quality and relevance of public policies in Cambodia.
