We are pleased to inform you that the Ponlok Chomnes program engaged a Communication Mentor through the Australian Volunteer Program.

The program communications mentor, Ms. Leane Regan is engaged to enhance research communication for a wider audience, making research communications more accessible and effective. She will also aim to enhance Ponlok Chomnes partners’ capacity in the design, delivery and review of communications.

With a Master’s Degree in Science Communication from the Australian National University, Leane brings a wealth of research and communications experience from her time working in publicly funded research organisations in Australia and more recently has managed communication programs for United Nations and European Union funded research in Austria and Germany. While working primarily in communications to inform environmental and energy policy, Leane has also developed and delivered communication training programs for researchers in multiple countries.
