Establishment of an Automated Certificate of OriginSystem

The ministry of commerce created an automation system to provide services including business registration and Certificate of Origin (CO) application to better serve business community and reduce red tape and corruption. The system will feature standardized forms, streamlined process and procedures, same day process to get CO signed, electronic payment, and self-certification.

CamControl reform

Ministry of Commerce decided to reform CamControl, refocus CamControl’s roles and responsibilities into a food safety and consumer protection organization.
