Staff incentive

The ministry implemented new policy for staff incentive: At Ministerial level, all incentive collected by all departments is given to staffs at all levels and 10% of monthly total revenue is given to the responsible departments/offices for strengthening of revenue collection mechanism. At provincial level, 100% fee collected from services delegated to the provincial department is given to the department to be used as bonus for staff and for strengthening revenue collection mechanism.
