On 2 July 2026, Ponlok Chomnes brought together around 40 research and policy engagement practitioners, Technical Steering Committee members, the Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Consortium, and program partners for a Learning Event.
As the program enters its third year, participants reflected on how research, dialogue, and stakeholder engagement have contributed to policy processes in Cambodia. Through collaborative policy journey mapping, they shared experiences, identified what enables or challenges policy influence, and explored practical lessons to strengthen future policy engagement.
The insights generated will help inform the program’s implementation, reinforcing the role of evidence, inclusive dialogue, and partnership in supporting more effective policymaking in Cambodia.
