From 18–20 May 2026, Ponlok Chomnes, in collaboration with the GEDSI Consortium, organised Training of Trainers on Inclusive Dialogue for Core Trainers from the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) and Ministry of Interior.
The training strengthened participants’ understanding and practical application of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and the Inclusive Dialogue Guidelines. As core trainers, participants will further cascade these knowledge and facilitation skills to local authority officials at the provincial, district, and commune levels across Cambodia.
Through interactive learning and facilitation practice, participants enhanced their capacity to plan, facilitate, and promote more inclusive and accessible dialogue processes in their professional contexts.
